Shen Yun Performing Arts zal op de volgende data open audities houden in het hoofdkantoor van Shen Yun in New York:

De posities behelzen jaarlijks ongeveer een 5 maandan lange tournee en 7 maanden op onze New Yorkse campus. Gedurende het jaar bieden we een maandsalaris van $2.000 (voor de meeste posities), de optie voor volledige kost en inwoning en de vergoeding van alle tournee kosten en hotel accomodaties.
In zes jaar tijd zijn wij uitgegroeid tot drie gezelschappen, met elk een dansgroep, een volledig orkest, en solo zangers. We hebben bijna 300 artiesten die gelijktijdig rond de wereld op tournee zijn en muziek en dans van eigen compositie uitvoeren.
Onder de toplocaties van 2012 vallen onder meer New York's Lincoln Center, Washington's Kennedy Center, het London Coliseum en voor het Shen Yun Symfonieorkest, Carnegie Hall
Ervaren muzikanten uit de hele wereld zijn welkom om te solliciteren, inclusief artiesten die binnenkort afstuderen.
Als 's werelds eerste klassieke Chinese dans en muziek onderneming is de missie van Shen Yun 5.000 jaar Chinese beschaving te doen herleven. In het promoten van deze cultuur en haar blijvende waarden door de voorstellingen heen, hebben we ook meditatie beoefening als dagelijks onderdeel in ons schema, en vinden dat het grote voordelen aan onze artiesten biedt.
De filosofie van onze onderneming is gebaseerd op de spirituele discipline van Falun Dafa. Sollicitanten zouden bereid moeten zijn Falun Dafa meditatie te willen leren en haar principes van "Waarachtigheid, Mededogen en Verdraagzaamheid" te willen volgen. Ervaring met meditatie is niet vereist. We raden kandidaten aan zichzelf bekend te maken met de praktijk door het bezoeken van www.FalunDafa.org, en de boeken Falun Gong en Zhuan Falun te lezen die daar te vinden zijn en gratis kunnen worden gedownload.
